
Lemon, widely presumed to having first grown in India, Burma and China, adds a delicious tartness that combined with a touch of hot sauce makes this a dish to remember. Best enjoyed with a side dish of white rice, all you need is:
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 dashes of hot sauce
• Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
• 4 (6 ounce) veal chops
• Cooking spray for grill
First combine lemon juice, olive oil, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Now brush four veal chops with half of this lemon mixture and grill, covered about 4 minutes on each side.
